Mandatory Race Packet Pickup and In Person Registration The Running Factory (5480 Wyandotte St. East) from 10:00am-8:00pm on Friday, July 26 and Saturday, July 27 10:00am-5:00pm.

START and FINISH at the Windsor Firefighters Monument at the Windsor Civic Terrace. Distances include a 5K Run or Walk, CKLW AM800m Kid's Run and Kid's Dash.

Run or walk on the beautiful Riverfront Trail east towards Hiram Walkers, turnaround and return past the Firefighters Monument for a short jaunt into Dieppe Park and returning back to the Firefighters Monument to FINISH. The course will feature a number of Police, Fire, Essex-Windsor EMS and CBSA vehicles off to the side in honour of all local first responders.

All participates will receive a Finishers Medal and a limited edition t-shirt! Running age group awards for 1st place in each 5 year age division plus 1st place overall M/F. Post-race refreshments and food from Tim Hortons and Boston Pizza.

PLUS....put your first responder team together for a run at this year's Chief's Challenge Trophy!

JUST ADDED...$100 for the Social Running Club with the most participants and $50 for the second largest group!

This run/walk will provide financial support for the Canadian Mental Health Association and Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics Ontario.

Funds raised will support ongoing Mental Health Education, Training and Awareness as part of the Sole Focus Project at the Canadian Mental Health Association. The Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics (LETR) engages law enforcement officers worldwide championing acceptance and inclusion for people with intellectual disabilities, starting first with their own communities.

All funds raised through Ontario Law Enforcement Torch Run events are directed into program support that directly affects all community Special Olympics Ontario (SOO) programs. Funds are put into local programs and help pay for various expenses including games travel, staff support to the field, volunteer and athlete training.
