Multisport is growing in Trinidad & Tobago at an exponential rate. We, Rainbow Warriors want to keep kids active and healthy. Duathlons (run/ride/run) is a great way to improve your cardiovascular fitness, running endurance, and cycling strength. This Super Sprint is for Juniors from 1-19 years old. A great warm up for Rainbow Cup Tobago (June 8). Join us on the Diego Martin Highway for a fun Super Sprint duathlon for the kids on Sunday 26th May, 2024. Starting at 6AM for the oldest category, the Super Sprinters to the cutest / youngest category the BabyStop Babyathlon. 
Odyssey Timing will be responsible for electronic timing. Medals will be awarded to all finishers.

Mike's Bikes "Keep Moving Family and Fitness Sunday" has been granted since 2018 for closure of the Diego Martin Highway between Wendy Fitzwilliam Boulevard to Sierra Leone Road from 6am to 9am every Sunday. Welcomed to persons walking, jogging, riding, skating, aerobics and other physical activities.
About the Babyathlon: Age range 1-4 years. For all the little ones/ younger siblings that want to join in on their trikes, striders, push cars or bikes, this race is for them. Mini Duathlon (run/ride/run). Medals for all finishers. One parent allowed on race corse per child, you can encourage your child with chocolates or toys but you CANNOT physically touch them or push them forward. WARNING: It's just for fun, crying or smiling guaranteed for this event.
