Help Devon raise money

When our second son was born, our lives were turned upside down. He came into the world with a rare birth defect, and we found ourselves spending almost two months admitted to the Alberta Children’s Hospital (ACH). Those weeks were filled with countless trips back and forth to visit my wife and him, but we were fortunate to live close enough to make that possible.

As we navigated this challenging journey, we became acutely aware of how privileged we were to have such close proximity to ACH. But we also couldn't ignore the reality faced by so many other families—families who had to travel long distances, uproot their lives, and bear the additional burden of being far from home during such a critical time.

Our experience opened our eyes to the importance of supporting those who don’t have the same privilege. We hope that by sharing our story, we can raise awareness and provide much needed support for other families facing similar challenges.
