The annual Bunny Hop road race is one of the longest running in Atlantic Canada. For many decades, this 5km and 10km gem has announced the start of the Island's spring racing season and has drawn runners of all abilities to Charlottetown. Due to the extended PEI March Break, this year's race will be held the weekend after Easter, on Saturday, April 6th, at 8:30AM. For the fourth straight year, the UPEI Cross Country/Distance team will be hosting the race, this year with the help of Race Roster and Atlantic Chip Timing. As usual, Ladner's Source for Sports and Dairy Queen will be sponsoring the race and providing door prizes. We are also pleased to announce that dri-fit t-shirts will be given to the first 100 registrants, also courtesy of Source for Sports.
We are capping this years race at 300 participants, so register early. There will be no race day registration.
Race kit pick-up will be Friday, April 5th, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM at Source For Sports.
Race starts at 8:30 on Saturday, April 6th.
