Raise money for International Children's Games Hamilton (ICG Hamilton)
The International Children’s Games is an exchange that focuses on equality, inclusiveness and friendships for youth between the ages of 12 to 15. The event itself is much more than a sporting event, it is also a cultural exchange that gives young athletes the opportunity to learn and appreciate new cultures while making friends from around the world. This is more important than ever given the increasing geo-political conflicts we are experiencing globally. The International Children’s Games take place annually and is recognized by the International Olympic Committee. Over 50,000 youth from over 100 nations have competed in a variety of sports since the games’ inception in 1968. Hamilton first competed in 1989 and then proudly hosted the games in 1994 and 2000, the first North American city to participate. The 2024 games are being hosted by Leon (Mexico).
