Have you ever been sitting at the bottom of "The Front Lawn" at the Brookvale Alpine Park and thought to yourself, "I wonder, how many times in an hour can I run up and down this?". Well now is your chance to find out!!!
The mile"ish"-long loop race at Brookvale Alpine Ski Park offers runners the opportunity to test their mental and physical endurance by completing as many loops as possible within a set time frame of 1, 2, or 4 hours. It's a unique and exciting way to push your limits and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the park.
Beginning at 8am, your goal is to run/hike/walk as many "mile-ish" loops up and around the ski hill as possible. The loop will be predetermined, however, we will switch directions every 30 minutes so you don't get dizzy.
The climb on the loop will have approximately 65-70m of gain, in about 800m.
We will have an aid station at the start/finish line.
More info will follow!
