Event Details
The 14th Annual Keep Pounding 5K will take place on Saturday, June 22, 2024 in Charlotte, NC. We are thrilled to welcome participants back to Bank of America Stadium for this beloved community event as we raise vital funds for cancer research and patient care at Atrium Health Levine Cancer and Atrium Health Levine Children's.

Shirts were available in first come, first serve after June 10th. Currently, all shirts are sold out.
Schedule
6:45 a.m. | Participant check-in begins outside Levine Cancer Institute I (1021 Morehead Medical Dr, Charlotte, NC 28204).
7:45 a.m. | Pep rally led by special guests from the Carolina Panthers.
8:00 a.m. | Race begins.
8:45 a.m. | Award Ceremony begins inside Bank of America Stadium.
9:00 a.m. | Transportation shuttle service begins to bring participants back to their vehicles at Levine Cancer Institute. Shuttle transportation is for race participants only.
Parking
Parking:
Morehead Medical Plaza Parking Deck (1336 Morehead Medical Drive)
Participants are encouraged to park, free of charge, at Levine Cancer Institute. A shuttle service will be available for race participants, transporting participants from Bank of America Stadium (race finish) to their vehicles at Levine Cancer Institute (start).
Spectators are asked to locate their own parking near Bank of America Stadium and will not have access to shuttle service. Friends and family are encouraged to cheer on participants from the stands of BofA Stadium. Normal parking rates in area lots may apply.
Registration Policies
Due to the fundraising nature of the event - there will be no refunds.
