With four race distances to choose from—1K Kids Race, 5K, 10K, and 21K—participants of all ages and abilities can challenge themselves and experience the thrill of trail running in one of Ontario's most picturesque landscapes.

Our 5K route explores the fun and nature filled main loop. With lots of different terrain to be on with rolling hills giving this route a 130m of elevation which is friendly to new and experienced runners. If you are registered for a 5K, 10K or 21K race, you get to use a FREE promo code for (1) kid to run the 1K Kids Race! Use: STACKIDS2024 at the checkout when registration your child. Another option is to not use the code, and the $10 registration fee goes towards our STAC youth programs that help kids gain access to programs at no cost to their families.

This 10K route is a very fun and scenic trail sections that you are going to enjoy! Using the main loop and 3 side trail loops around it it'll be a a good mix of what Dundas Valley has to offer. 10K route has 220m of elevation and is rated as moderate, meaning the rolling hill sections will be there, but inclusive to new and experienced runners. If you are registered for a 5K, 10K or 21K race, you get to use a FREE promo code for (1) kid to run the 1K Kids Race! Use: STACKIDS2024 at the checkout when registration your child. Using the main loop and 3 side trail loops around it it'll be a a good mix of what Dundas Valley has to offer. 21K route has 440m of elevation and is rated as moderate, meaning the rolling hill sections will be there, but inclusive to new and experienced runners. If you are registered for a 5K, 10K or 21K race, you get to use a FREE promo code for (1) kid to run the 1K Kids Race! Use: STACKIDS2024 at the checkout when registration your child. 1K Kids Race Closed
Kids will have an opportunity to take on the super fun 1K Deer Run loop! The section has some rolling hills, and a scenic trail area to give them the experience they will love. All kids will get a finishers prize to cap off their efforts and provide snacks post race.
