My Story…
On July 28th, I'm running in the Vancouver Pride 10km Run to raise money for a local charity, Rainbow Refugee.
This year is the 20th annual pride run, hosted by the Vancouver Frontrunners and sponsored by Brooks Running, Forerunners on Main, Innovative Fitness, and the City of Vancouver. The 10km route will take us around Stanley Park
I'd be honoured if you would donate and help me reach my goal of raising $1000 for this amazing cause.
Rainbow Refugee is a Vancouver based organization that promotes safe, equitable migration for people fleeing persecution based on their sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, or HIV status.
Not only do they provide support to refugees and refugee claimants in Canada, but they also privately sponsor refugees in collaboration with other LGBTQI+ organizations and help them resettle in British Columbia.
