Registration includes Training Plans; Group Runs (including water coolers for Saturday long runs); choice of Technical Tee or Singlet; Technical Running Socks; Nutrition & Hydration Samples; Discount to Charlotte Running Company; Yoga Classes 2 x per month; Clinics on Good Running Form, Injury Prevention, Nutrition & Hydration; and Group Socials & Meetups!
