Summer Fun Run

Join us for our Summer Fun Run in Le Mars, IA on Friday, June 14th. This event will include a 5K and a NEW Kid's Dash (0.5 miles). Our 5k race will be chip timed and will start and finish at the Olson Cultural Event Center in downtown Le Mars and will lead you through residential Le Mars and onto our recreation trail. The Kids Dash will start after the 5K participants have left. The kids will run 0.5 miles, out-and-back. (not chip-timed) NO T-SHIRTS with this race- but we will have some Sweet Summer swag for all racers.

Our Summer Fun Run is part of the 4-day Ice Cream Days event in Le Mars, IA. Come early for all the fun activities happening at the Olson Cultural Event Center and stay after the race for awards, post-race snacks and more Ice Cream Days fun.

Streets will not be closed. Volunteers will be assisting with directing traffic. Ear buds & headphones are not recommended, use at your own risk. Young kids must run with a responsible adult (for 5K). No dogs. No refunds given due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
