NEW Certified 5K COURSE FOR 2024!
Join E.F.F.E.C.T Fitness and Cause of E.F.F.E.C.T , a 501(c)(3), for the 4th ANNUAL METROPOLITAN 5K. The race is held on Juneteenth to commemorate the holiday and bring awareness to the overall health benefits of physical activity and mental wellness, specifically in underserved communities.
The Metropolitan 5K exemplifies COMMUNITY and open to all fitness levels. Grab a friend or your family and come RUN YOUR RACE.
The proceeds from The Metropolitan 5K go
towards programming and executing some of our most impactful programs such as the Back 2 School Drive and Holiday Giveback with Atlanta Public School students. Both E.F.F.E.C.T Fitness and Cause of E.F.F.E.C.T have transformed the lives of many children and adults through fitness and service.
