Join us for a low-key Tenderfoot Boogie Orientation Run on May 4, 2024. You don't need to be registered for Tenderfoot Boogie to participate. The run will be on the south half of the course, and will include 12k and 26k options. This will be a simple event with no course markings. The GPX route will be available in RunGo and other formats. Come for a chance to check out the route, get some training in, and have some fun on a beautiful trail.
Pick a distance so we have some idea of numbers, but you are free to change your mind or do a custom distance.
We will be collecting a $10 participation fee, half of which is a $5 donation to WORCA to support ongoing trail management.
The Tenderfoot Boogie, on June 22, 2024, is a beautiful trail run in Whistler, BC with 3 distances: 50K Endurance, 26K Lightning, or 12K Sprint. The 12K and 26K courses have very moderate elevation change as BC trail races go, but the 50K gets pretty spicy in the second half with some good climbs and descents. Check out our website for more information. The orientation run will be on the 12k and 26k routes.

The 12k orientation run starts and finishes at Bayly Park, Cheakamus Crossing near Function Junction, south of Whistler and runs south along scenic trails generally following the Cheakamus River. The orientation run will follow the 26k race route.
