The Cowichan Valley Wine Run, established in 2016, is Vancouver Island's first social running event to combine the passion for running with the love of wine. Participants will run 13.5km, sampling wine at each location (Cherry Point Vineyards, Rocky Creek Winery, Venturi-Schulze Vineyard) and will finish at Blue Grouse Vineyard where they will be treated to more wine and a picnic dinner by Food for Thought Catering.
We are continuing our participant experiences from last year to minimize the impact on their regular business. Dinner will be delicious picnic that can be enjoyed at the winery or taken home.
Rude or impatient behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in immediate ban from the event with no refund. Everyone must be respectful of every participants different comfort levels as well as respecting the guidelines set by each participating winery.
Please note there is no shuttle from Blue Grouse to Cherry Point to ensure we are not too close together in an indoor space. You must find a safe ride to and from wineries.
