Start and Finish: Galveston Daily News, 8522 Teichman Rd, Galveston, TX
The race gets underway at the Galveston County Daily News offices and the course takes runners northbound over the bridge before exiting at Tiki Island and heading back the other way over the famous bridge. The course is a typically flat, southeast Texas loop with one BIG exception: the 72-foot tall bridge that features a 3 ½ percent grade!*
This is the second race in the Texas Bridge Series, organized by Running Alliance Sport.
