The Tour de Pain features 3 races in 24 hours. You can run all three or just one or two of the races. To qualify for the finishers medal and awards you must run all three events.
The Tour de Pain consists of the following:
- 4 Mile – Friday, August 9th – 6:00 PM – Prominence Business Park - 8900 Prominence Pkwy, Jacksonville, Florida 32256
- 5K Road Race – Saturday, August 10th – 7:00 AM – James Weldon Johnson Park - Downtown
- Road mile – Saturday, August 10th – Races start at 9 AM - James Weldon Johnson Park – Downtown
