Our story…
We are FirefighterAid, a San Diego nonprofit on a mission to honor the noble traditions of a firefighter by caring for them and those they leave behind. We are also the hosts of the 12th annual San Diego 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb. This event gathers 1,000 climbers and more than 300 volunteers, local officials and community advocates to honor the fallen of 9/11 while raising funds to support San Diego County firefighters mental health and cancer prevention programs.
