SPRING INTO SUMMER TRAIL CLINIC
May 14, 2024 to June 25, 2024
Come and discover the thrill of hiking and running on the scenic trails of Cowichan Valley! Our clinic is designed to be fun while catering to all hiking and running skill levels. You'll learn trail techniques, familiarize yourself with trail etiquette, and experience the splendour of the surrounding mountains and valleys. Join us for an unforgettable adventure in nature!
7 WEEKS/TUESDAY/6 P.M.
Week 1: May 14, Week 2: May 21, Week 3: May 28, Week 4: Jun 4, Week 5: Jun 11, Week 6: June 18, and Week 7: June 25
REGISTRATION FEE- $70 online until April 7, 2024
- $80 online until May 12, 2024
- $100 in-person on May 14, 2024
- Drop-ins are welcome with one week's notice at coach@ceevacs.com for $15 per session.
- Registration is non-refundable or transferable
- "Boots on the Ground" is ideal for hikers who currently hike for an hour 3 times a week.
- "Run - Beginner" is suitable for those who can run for 4 to 6 minutes, then walk for 1 to 2 minutes for an hour.
- "Run - Stop & Smell the Roses" involves stops along the route.
- "Run - Get it Done" For those who want to get their run done quickly, this is a good option.
- A different meeting location and trail each week
- The weekly meeting locations are sent to participants before the first session on May 14
- The distance each week is roughly 5k to 7k
- Approximately 60min to 2hrs for the hikers
- Opportunities to join trail groups on additional weekdays
- Always a unique destination or view
- A group leader for each group
- Go at your own pace
- Promptly arrive at the weekly meeting location by 6 P.M.
- Check-in each week
- Meet with your group leader
- You are welcome to move to a different group from week to week.

Dogs and all other pets are not allowed at the Tuesday evening trail clinic.
