BackRoads Spring Running Program

Starting April 30th, join us for a FREE 6 week program Powered by ASICS to get you ready for the Forest City Road Races.

The program will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6PM, and Saturdays at 8:30AM. Many of the groups runs will start from BackRoads (1295 Riverbend Rd. London). Please note that you do not have to attend all three group runs per week. You can join for group runs as it fits your schedule!

Some long runs will start at locations where we can preview the Forest City Road Races course! Sign up to receive emails about the upcoming week's training plan. In addition to three weekly workouts, we will have surprise guests whom are filled with valuable knowledge to share with you about running, training, nutrition and injuries.
