We’ve coined the new “EyeRide” event name, adopted our new “Powered by Blind Ambition” tagline, formalized our mission statement, designed a new EyeRide logo, and set up the new www.eyeride.ca website. 

EyeRide’s new mission statement:
Founded by passionate para-athletes and sighted allies, EyeRide is an annual cycling event supporting causes that enhance the quality of life for those living with vision loss.  EyeRide’s mission is to provide an uplifting experience to adventurous souls who share a common vision - to make a difference in the world. Whether riding solo or on a bicycle made for two, you will find inspiration, purpose, and perseverance on this journey.

All funds raised this year will be shared equally between two of my favourite charitable organisations that support quality of life for the vision loss community: Trailblazers Tandem Cycling Club and Balance for Blind Adults.
