Populaires are all open to riders aged 14 years and older. Minors must be closely accompanied on the entire ride by a responsible adult participant, preferably a parent/guardian. A paper of the waiver must be signed at registration on the day of the event. This includes parents/legal guardians for minors.
All registration must be completed here prior to 8:00 p.m. May 30, 2024. No in-person registration allowed.

A bicycle event in the Cowichan Valley. Three scenic route options: 50 km, 100 km, or 161km (100 mi).
NOTE: Road work in the Cowichan Valley may require route changes, so route instructions here may not be final. Final instructions will be provided on event day, depending on any local closures and details. Check the Facebook event page for updates.

- Control Card (which provides proof you have visited checkpoints en-route)
- Participant's Pin (will be available at finish)
