We are excited about having you join us this year for Toronto's oldest 10K race!
Come spend the day on beautiful Toronto Island with us and race our 10K or 5K, watch the kids run, enjoy our delicious picnic BBQ, and take home one of our many prizes.
This is a true family-friendly event and one of Toronto's friendliest races.

(Bringing friends or family members along to the Island? Additional BBQ tickets can be purchased for spectators for $12 + HST at the time of registration.)
Please note, we strongly recommend purchasing your ferry ticket(s) ahead of time to avoid the lineups. They can be purchased online here.
Our friends & sponsor The Runners Shop (374 Bloor St. West in Toronto) will once again be hosting bib pick up for the Island Run.
Pick up hours are as follows:
Friday, September 6th: 10am - 6pm
Saturday, September 7th: 10am - 5pm
Please arrive with your bib number ready to help speed up the process. If you are unable to pick up your race bib, a friend or family member can pick it up on your behalf.
We ask that all local participants take advantage of this pick up opportunity to avoid lineups on the Island!
New Balance and The Runners Shop are offering a 20% discount on New Balance footwear purchased at TRS during pick up hours on September 6-7 for all Island Run participants.
Additionally, anyone who picks up their bib from The Runners Shop will be entered into a draw to win one of two race kits (including a singlet, shorts & shoes) courtesy of our sponsor, New Balance. There will be one (1) draw each day of bib pick up.
The Longboat Toronto Island Run is not only sanctioned by Athletics Ontario, but also part of the Athletics Ontario Trillium Running Series, where Athletics Ontario members will be recognized and rewarded for participation in this race, among other sanctioned races in the series.
