Our Story
Our family Matriarch, Bitsy or Betty Davis, was diagnosed with ovarian cancer in late 2023 at 80 years old. She endured a very challenging journey of surgery and six rounds of chemotherapy. With the support of her loving husband, daughters, grandchildren, sisters, nieces, nephews, friends, and neighbors, with prayer and positivity, she is now cancer-free. This spiritual journey gave her a testimony about the power of prayer. We're grateful to God and her medical team. We'd like to support future research to help end ovarian cancer. Please join us at the GOCA Teal Trot 5K as we honor this amazing woman, or please consider making a donation.
