*REGISTRATIONS AFTER MAY 31 WILL NOT RECEIVE A MEDAL. The entire registration fee will be donated for anyone who does not want a medal OR is registered after May 31.*
This race can be completed walked from any location. You can run, jog, or walk on the road, or on a trail - a suggested route in our community will be provided. You get to run your own race, at your own pace, and time it yourself. Running and walking on your own, or with a group of family or friends!
Please complete this "Canada Day" race before the evening of July 1. Once you finish your 5K, text (306-831-7613) or email (kampen.ashley@gmail.com), along with a photo of you (and your group). I will deliver medal(s) to your cabin for participants registered and completed.
A suggested route will be emailed to you prior to the July long weekend. If you do not have a device that calculates your distance, a 5K is approximately 6,562 steps!
A photo collage will be distributed after the event.
*All proceeds from this event are donated to children's programs at Coteau Beach.
