Not sure how to start?
If you'd like to learn to run on trails and meet other like-minded people, this clinic could be just what you need to get started.
TRSA member, runner and coach, Mick Keyte will guide you on the best way to navigate rocky paths, winding trails, and steep inclines, with an emphasis on having a really great time.
Who should attend?
Beginners who are keen to learn and novice runners who want to improve.
This is a group session that will move slowly and have lots of breaks, but you should be physically fit enough to be out and about for around 2-hours.
Junior runners are welcome to attend but should be accompanied by a guardian if they are under 15 years of age.
How much does it cost?
The clinic is free, but we hope that you'll fall in love with the trails and join up afterward as a Trail Running SA member. Membership is only $20 per calendar year and entitles you to a range of benefits.
