Important Cupless Racing Announcement
As part of Grouse Mountain's wider sustainability initiatives, we're working to reduce waste at our events. This year, our race events will be going cupless, meaning we are eliminating the use of disposable cups at aid stations. All participants will receive access to hydration at our finish line aid station, however we ask that you carry your own refillable hydration vessel.
HydraPak SpeedCups are a great re-usable alternative to disposable cups for those who do not wish to carry a bottle or hydration vest and are available to purchase from the Grouse Grind Mountain Run online store at a reduced rate.
Prizing
We will have prizing from our event sponsors and partners in categories including Top 3 Females, Top 3 Males, Top 3 Teams, and Top Fundraiser.
