The CEMDPCD Foundation is a non-profit organization that seeks to contribute to the social and political change necessary to achieve real and effective equality among people with disabilities in all areas of life and thus improve the social, cultural, economic situation and the quality of life and full rights in education.
Our vision Educate all parents with children with disabilities in the educational system, giving them the tools and knowledge necessary to become the lawyers and advocates for their children in the special education system in Massachusetts.
