After over ten years in education, I knew I needed a career change where I could empower people to use their diverse abilities. At The Arc of Bristol County proAbility, I see the difference we make daily through inclusive employment, social interactions, new friendships, and helping people to live independently. As the Marketing and Communications Coordinator, I am honored to share the stories and opportunities provided to the people we support and create financial growth to sustain these opportunities. 

The funds contributed to the 5K, as a Charity Partner with the Flutie Foundation, will be used in many different ways, including but not limited to: 

-Assisted Language Devices not covered by insurance, allowing people who do not speak access to all aspects of their daily lives.

-Adaptive equipment and facility improvements to help people develop life skills like cooking, cleaning, and fine motor skills.

-Offsetting costs associated with social activities and recreation opportunities.
