If you ever looked at the Ribfest and Craft Beer Show and said, "the only thing that could make this better is running," then this is for you. Back in 2024, Run Waterloo is partnering with your favourite summer festival.

Run at Ribfest pairs craft brews with running in the best possible way. We've put together a 1.25k* loop through Victoria park that starts and ends in the licensed area, where you drink a beer sample each loop. On top of that, race entry comes with more beer tokens and everything in the Sunday Ribfest VIP package. Why wouldn't you want to #RunAtRibfest?

Run Waterloo Members Save!

25% of the registration fee to Run Waterloo (total price net of the VIP Ticket). Eg. the current price is $65, of which $30 is directly VIP and $35 is Run Waterloo race entry. RW Member saves 25% on $35, so $8.75! One of many reasons to join the RW Membership!

During the run:

Grab a sample from each of five Ontario craft breweries!

Each lap, after your beer, head out on our great Victoria Park loop, completely closed to traffic. Cheers to Roos Island being open!

This is a fun run, not a timed race. The good times are from the blast you're going to have. 19+ only.

After the run:

Grab your Ribfest VIP package, which includes VIP wristband, souvenir sample glass, 3 more beer tokens, and much more.
Early access to beer vendors after your run. (General admission starts at 12:00 p.m.)
Join us in the shaded VIP tent for lots of fun and great service.
