There will be awards, vendors, and music
Located 10 minutes from Brantford, 1 Hour East of London, 30 Minutes South of Waterloo, or 45 Minutes West from Hamilton, Paris Ontario is a slice of paradise with unique outdoor areas to explore.
The Garlic Gallop will have 3k & 5k Trail Run Options
Each Participant will receive a Garlic Gallop T-Shirt!!!!!
There will be a Treasure Hunt for Kids and adults who can't run the trail!
Snacks and water will be provided on the day of the event.
There is ample parking in Paris Lions Park and throughout town.
The Burford Optimist Food Truck will be present to serve hot food!
The course begins in Paris Lions Park on a paved trail that is beside the Nith River and becomes a more dynamic dirt trail with rocks and roots after you've entered the wooded area.
Under tree canopy runners will circuit the Barkers Bush Trail Loop.
3K Runners will exit the loop after one lap
5K Runners must complete a second lap of the loop
Exiting the forested area, runners will find the Finish Line back in Lions Park where there will be Music, Vendors, and Awards!
Snacks and Water will be provided to all runners
There will be an AID STATION located centrally on the trail for runners in need of assistance.
Following the run, Out-Door Yoga will be offered by UP Yoga & Wellness to all participants who want to cool off and have fun.
UP Yoga is a premier studio in body and mind recovery, located in Paris, Ontario, they are managed by a great team with professional experience in many forms of studying human health.
Proceeds from the event will be donated to Brant Community Healthcare Systems Foundation, and registration fees include a $5 donation to benefit the Emergency Department renovation improvement project at the Brantford General Hospital

Proceeds from the event will be donated to Brant Community Healthcare Systems Foundation, and registration fees include a $5 donation to benefit the Emergency Department renovation improvement project at the Brantford General Hospital.
