FUNDRAISING REWARD PRIZES TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1. Entry instructions are essential components of these conditions.

2. To qualify for any reward/prize, individuals must:

- Register for the 4th Annual Sierra County's- 5k Walk/Run of 2024.

- Activate their fundraising page and achieve the minimum fundraising threshold by October 30th, 6 p.m. All prizes will be awarded by December 2024.

3. Fundraising totals will be based on individual fundraising pages on the RaceRoster Fundraiser platform.

4. Valid entrants will earn fundraising rewards at the following milestones: $100, $250, $500, $1,000, and $1,500. Prizes accumulate with each fundraising tier achieved.

5. For local participants (Sierra County, New Mexico):

- Physical prizes will be mailed to the address provided during registration by December 2024.

For participants outside Sierra County, New Mexico:

- Physical prizes will require postage and handling fees for national or international delivery to the registered address.

6. Fundraising rewards may differ from marketing depictions but will be similar. No refunds or exchanges are permitted.

7. Prizes are awarded to the creator of the fundraising page. In case of a dispute, prizes will be awarded to the email account holder used for entry.

8. Entrants must notify the promoter of any changes in contact details during the promotional period. Requests to access or update entry information should be directed to the promoter.

9. The promoter of this promotion is Sierra Vista Hospital and Clinics.

10. Employees of Sierra Vista Hospital and Clinics are permitted to participate.

11. The fundraiser will begin on July 1st, 2024, and concludes on October 30th, 2024.

12. The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.

13. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.

14. This offer is available to fundraisers participating in the 4th Annual Sierra County's- 5k Walk/Run of 2024 event organized by Sierra Vista Hospital and Clinics in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico.

15. By accepting this offer, the winner agrees to participate in and cooperate as required with all reasonable requests from Sierra Vista Hospital and Clinics and media outlets regarding the offer, including interviews, photographs, and/or filming.

16. Acceptance of the offer implies agreement to abide by its Terms and Conditions.
