Join us as we ignite the trails and streets with our determination to keep moving, even in the scorching July heat. In this challenge, you have the freedom to set your own pace by choosing your activity and time. Whether you're a seasoned marathoner or just starting your fitness journey, there's a place for you in our community!
That's not all - every Thursday morning, we come together for an optional group run, where we hit the trails or streets as a team. It's a chance to connect face-to-face, share stories, and celebrate our progress. Plus, it's a refreshing way to start the day and beat the heat together.
With weekly winners and a supportive community cheering you on, the Summer Sweat Movement Challenge is more than just a fitness journey - it's a summer adventure filled with fire and determination. So set your goals high and let's keep the flames of motivation burning bright all season long!
Here's how it works...
Register for the challenge. For this challenge we've adopted an inclusive and flexible "Pay What You Can" model that allows you to pay an amount that you feel comfortable with or can afford. If you can't pay the full registration fee right now, we've got you covered. If you can pay more than the suggested value, you'll be helping someone else achieve their fitness goals. This is not required, but we'd love for you to set up an account on Strava and then join our private Strava club. We'll send instructions in your confirmation email. Encouraging, reminiscing, and friendly trash-talking is permitted and encouraged. | |
Move each week! Run, walk, ride, lift, hiit, hike...it's up to you. Just get in the total number of minutes required for your challenge level. The challenge runs from July 1-31. We'll send out your shirt or tank when the challenge is complete. For $10 more you can add on a keepsake medal. | |

Cross your fingers! Each week on Monday we'll pick a random winner for some fantastic prizes. You must upload your results before Sunday at midnight and have met your challenge goals for the week to be eligible for the weekly prize! |
