Carlisle Old Home Day Road Races

Both 5-Mile and 1-Mile races start and finish at the entrance to the Carlisle Village Court senior housing at 155 Church Street in Carlisle. For the 5-Mile Race, runners continue down the hill on Church Street past Spalding field. At the end of Church Street, 5-mile runners bear right on Route 225/Bedford Road, take the 2^nd left after Carlisle Auto Body, onto Maple Street, left onto East Street, then back through the rotary, take second right off rotary on Concord Street, taking first left on Church Street and finishing back at entrance to Carlisle Village Court. For the 1-Mile Race, runners continue down the hill, past Spalding field. At end of Church Street, 1-mile runners bear left on. Route 225/Bedford Road, and back to rotary, take second right off rotary on Concord Street, taking first left on Church Street and finishing back at entrance to Carlisle Village Court.

To be eligible for any award(s), a runner must be officially registered and must be a current or former Carlisle resident, a family member of a current or former Carlisle resident, a current of former Town of Carlisle employee, or a family member of a current or former Town of Carlisle employee. If you do not meet these eligibility requirements, you can still register for and run the race(s), but you will not be eligible to win any awards or break any racecourse records.
