Join the Deer Park and La Porte, Texas communities and come run/walk the 5k (3.1miles). You do not have to be law enforcement to participate! Terrain is paved roadway. Race timer: Run Time Houston.

PLEASE READ:
There will be no day-of race registrations! You must register before 10pm on Friday October 18! October 2nd was the cut-off date to get a shirt. First 300 race finishers get a medal! LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE!
Age group categories: 12 and under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, then 70+ (male and female for each).
Packet pickup: Friday, Oct. 18th, 4:00pm-7:00pm at Jimmy Burke Activity Center.
**We highly encourage packet pickup on Friday.**
DAY OF RACE: Packet pickup BY 730am, at Jimmy Burke Activity Center.
Runners need to begin lining up at 745am.
PARKING: Park on the East side of the Jimmy Burke. The other parking lot near the dog park will be blocked off due to race route. Part of W 13th Street will be blocked off starting 730am due to the race, so we suggest you turn onto 13th Street from Center St.
Race route will be printed and included in your packet.
*Race registration is final- there are no refunds if the race cancels for weather or a critical incident.
Stay after the race for the main event (vendors, silent auction, BBQ, kids zone, live music, raffles, and more!) 10am-4pm
