Our story…
Our team/family is honored to be walking for our 11th year to help raise funds for The Center for Cancer Care at Griffin Hospital.
We started our team to walk in memory of our mom, Louise Chmura. She was a former patient of the center but sadly passed from her 2nd battle with breast cancer on July 16th, 2012.
This is our way to say thank you to the staff and show our appreciation for the great job they do for others everyday. It also is a chance to give back to our community by helping current and future patients who are facing the same battle.
