The Valleyfest River Run: 5K/10K is a Bloomsday qualifier race.
The Valleyfest annual races start and finish at the Plante's Ferry – West Parking Lot Picnic Shelter. The race starts on Sunday, September 22 at 8:00 a.m. and is timed by Negative Split. Athletes run west past the Plante's Ferry obelisk to the Islands Trailhead, then continue over the Spokane River on the Denny Ashlock Bridge and run a 5K or 10K loop on the Centennial Trail.
ENTRY FEE: The run cost is $25.
All run registrations after Wednesday, September 4th will NOT receive an event t-shirt. Race will be run rain or shine- no refunds.
5K COURSE: Athletes run west past the Plante's Ferry obelisk to Islands Trailhead and continue over the Spokane River on the Denny Ashlock Bridge, turn left, then turn around near milepost 12 on the Centennial Trail for a 5K loop.
10K COURSE: Same start as the 5K but continue further on the Centennial Trail. Turn around a short distance past the South Mirabeau Trailhead for a 10K loop.
Parking available at Plante's Ferry Sports Complex; West Picnic Shelter parking lot. If lot is full, then park off of Wellesley on the east side of complex and walk over.

Pick up your race number at Fleet Feet, Spokane Valley (13910 E Indiana Ave, Spokane Valley, WA 99216) during one of the following check-in times:
- Friday, September 20, 4:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
- Saturday, September 21, 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
AMENITIES: Timed Race, each participant receives a swag bag.
