

Let's get moving this August! You choose which works best for you and your goals.
You have 100 days to complete this challenge starting on August 1st. 100 walking or running miles or 250 miles on your bike. Once completed, you will receive a finisher shirt! Challenge will end on November 9th.
Track your mileage by downloading the free app Strava. Once downloaded, you will be prompted to join the Strava group where mileage will be tracked. You MUST have Strava for your miles to count.
These must be INTENTIONAL miles. Steps that you take throughout your normal day, do not count.
