23rd Annual SWF Walk/Run
Clement Park - Littleton, CO - September 22, 2024
It is more important than ever to invest in the mental health of our children and teens, many of whom have undergone significant changes to their daily lives and have experienced increased levels of anxiety, stress, and feelings of disconnectedness over the past few years. Demand for Second Wind Fund's life-saving services continues to increase.
Second Wind Fund remains hopeful and convicted in our mission that broadening and strengthening access to suicide prevention care will continue to save lives.
What started as a small school community Walk/Run in support of our youth has grown into an important day of hope, love, and remembrance. Join Second Wind Fund as we honor our past, celebrate our impact, and invest in the future of mental health care accessibility for youth! Funds raised from this event will provide access to life-saving therapy for Colorado youth who need our support.
There are various ways to participate:
- Register and walk or run on Sunday, September 22nd
- Virtually participate from home
- Donate and/or create a peer-to-peer fundraiser. Top fundraisers will receive awesome SWF swag items!
Event Schedule:
- 7:00 am – Registration Opens
- 8:00 am – 5K Run/Walk Start and Entertainment Begins
- 9:30 am – SWF Program + Dove Release
- 10:00 am – 1 Mile Walk Start
- 11/11:30 am - Event Concludes
