Run for Life 5K

Course

The racecourse will be located at Westminster Park- 4000 India Hook Rd. Rock Hill, SC 29732.

Enter the park and drive down the dirt road until you find the Pavilion. This will be the location of the Start & Finish of the race. Parking is available around the pavilion and by the soccer field.

The course includes running through deep wooded areas, open fields, and on the gravel road you entered in on.

**Note: this is a trail course- roots, rocks, etc. are on the path, so please run with caution**

We will have the course well marked for the day of the race!
