A 2.5km with 14 obstacles, 5km with 28 Obstacles for ages 12+ & a separate 1km kids course for ages 4+
8am Sunday will be the Elite Race! The only race of the week. Come and throw your support behind these legends.
Park run will not run at Carine on the Saturday.

The course will traverse the 2.5km lake giving new participants the chance to take on a smaller course alongside their friends. The 5km will be two laps with some surprises added. For those who know the Carine Open Space it offers a perfect landscape to enjoy the bush canopy, lake and surrounding parks. This event will see the return of crowd favorite obstacles like the Hamster wheel, Red Dust Rig, and many more. Of course finishing with the foam party finish.
The tickets for the adults is once price for all. Meaning you select the wave time and make that decision on race day whether you take on the 2.5km or go the full 5kms.
The festival area will be a buzz with activities, vendors, food and drink.

Bush Art between 9am-12pm the kids to use leaves, nuts and tree footage to create their own distinct art canvas to take home.
Both the kids course and all kids activities are strictly parent supervised only. This is a big event with many participants and spectators the kids course and activities are not a drop and leave service.
You know it now, we run obstacle course rain, hail or shine. See you in November legends! Those that rocked it in 2023 know we made it epic even while the weather was 40 degrees.
An accessibility wave has been added for 12pm on Saturday. If you know some who would love to take on the course and they need a hand of four getting through the obstacles. Your ticket will be free as you assist then conquer the course.
Majority of the course is wheel chair accessible. The obstacles are another challenge. People with disabilities have often been described as heroic or inspiring, reality is they are just trying to live their life just like the rest of us. We all need a hand with things that are not in capability or skill level. Adding this wave just increases the chances of more people getting outdoors, take on a challenge and finish with the feeling of accomplishment.
Event toilets (no showers) will be onsite.
Water stations in two points across the course. One with fountain style so you won't need a water bottle. Try a hydration pack. Yes we're back to no cups. Our previous event used 4200 cups. Average of 2 per person. Cups were discharged across the course, found in the water, bush and buried in the sand. A behaviour that goes against our core values of respecting the environment.
