Parking south of the start. Park near Rusty’s Sports Lounge and surrounding lots.

This is a flat, fast, 5k with chip timing. The course is certified
(Certificate BC-2023-021-BDC)!
Perfect to run your first 5k, push your limits, or set a new PR taking advantage of your summer training! The 5k race will be eligible for IRA 2024 points standing.
Same as last year, we will be hosting a 1 mile race as well, which is also certified for 2024 as above ( BC-2023-020-BDC )!
This will be after the 5k, with a 9:15 start.
Untimed kids "fun run" on the mile course after the mile race by donation.
ALL 5k and mile proceeds and donations go to benefit the UBCO Heat cross country program!
