Dear Participants,


We're excited for your participation in TTRRC's 'Tempo in C' 5 mile race event and we want to ensure that you have all the information you need for a smooth start.
Look out for follow up posts during this upcoming week which will highlight more race details.
Below are the details for collecting your race package. We highly recommend picking up your race package in advance or collecting before 5:30am on race day to avoid any last-minute rush.
Please note that you may also collect your package on race morning.


Package Collection Location & Times:


Just look for the package collection station at the following locations and a member of the Extra Mile bib distribution team will be happy to assist you.

Tuesday 3rd September 2024
Skinner Park,San Fernando
Time: 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM


Wednesday 4th September 2024
Eddie Hart Savannah, Tacarigua
Time: 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM


Thursday 5th September 2024
Queens Park Savannah, Opposite TGI Fridays
Time: 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM


Please bring your photo ID or a confirmation email image for verification purposes. If you would like to collect a package on behalf of another participant, be sure to bring a confirmation email image for that participant.
Before leaving the collection site, kindly verify the t-shirt sizes in your package or those for persons on whose behalf you are collecting.


Remember, the race bib contains a special strip for electronic timing. Do keep in mind that you should not bend, fold, or break the strip on the back of your bib to ensure its smooth functioning. Keep it safe. Ensure that it is away from any metal that might distort its signals.
Please note that any bib exchanges must be first approved by the race administration team.

This will facilitate correct age & gender category awards.

We will be leaving the hustle and bustle of the city to come to a serene Tucker Valley experience. It's 5 miles of smiles, fun and aiming for that finish line!

A medal can symbolize your journey, your efforts and the fact that you achieved your goal. However, no runner does it on their own and whether it's family, friends, teammates or just a random person who cheers you on..running is about community...running is a team sport! See you all at Tempo in C!
