RUN TOBAGO Virtual 5K
RUN TOBAGO is a fun, family-oriented event for runners and walkers of all ages and fitness levels.
The 1st edition takes place virtually over a 5km distance.
The virtual component - which can be done anywhere - is from Monday 19th August to the extended period of Thursday 31st October, 2024.

TRINIDAD | Saturday 26th October, 2024 from 1 PM to 5 PM at the Eastern Regional Sport Arena, Tacarigua
TOBAGO | Saturday 9th November, 2024 from 1 PM to 5 PM at the Shaw Park Food Hub
Please bring your photo ID (national identification card, driver's permit or passport) for verification purposes.
If you would like to collect a bib and medal on behalf of another participant, be sure to bring either photo identification OR a copy of the confirmation email for that participant.
Medal Delivery
Delivery is being offered on orders placed on or before Friday, 25th October, 2024 (no extension), at a cost of TTD$40 per order.
Deliveries will be made from Monday 28th October to Friday 1st November, 2024
