Our 2024 event is dedicated to our Sandra Wolf, past President/Executive Director for her many years of service to NAMI Rockland and the community.
Join us in NAMI Rockland’s 5K annual Run / Walk for Wellness to raise mental health awareness. NAMI Rockland is an Affiliate of the National Alliance on Mental Illness, one of the largest, grassroots mental health, self-help and advocacy organizations in the country. NAMI members and volunteers consist of individuals with a lived experience of mental illness, relatives, friends and advocates working together to improve the lives of people affected by mental illness.
NAMI works toward improving services and resources for individuals living with mental health conditions and their families through education, advocacy, support and promoting research. Our Support Groups, HelpLine and Classes are a valuable FREE resource for the community.
Runners and Walkers will participate in the 5K starting at 9 AM. This race will be rain or shine. There is a $30 registration fee for both runners and walkers. Race Day registration is $35.
Sponsorship packages are available.
