This LiveWell! 5K Walk/Run/Roll & Celebration is hosted by LiveWell! Northern WI which is a holistic mental health project created to support those who are living, working, and attending school in Douglas County. We work to identify and create innovative ways to address the current mental health crisis in our community. One way we do this is through #BetterTogether activities which encourage connection and prevent social isolation. As part of this initiative we are excited to host our first 5K fostering togetherness & advocating for mental wellness in our community.
