Breast cancer is more than just a statistic; it’s a personal journey that touches the lives of millions. For me, it became deeply personal when my family friend, Emily, was diagnosed with breast cancer. My mom & I lived with her during from 2015-2017 and she was always the vibrant, energetic one who lit up every room she entered. Now, she’s facing the toughest battle of her life, and I want to do everything I can to support her—and others like her—through this journey. Emily has shown incredible strength, enduring rounds of chemotherapy, countless doctor visits, and the emotional rollercoaster that comes with such a diagnosis. Despite all of this, she remains hopeful and determined to fight back. Her courage has inspired me, and I know that with the right support, she—and many others—can overcome this disease.
