My Story…

I will be completing  multiple workouts over a 24 hour period to raise money in support of Wounded Warriors Canada. Please consider donating to provide our veterans and first responders with the mental health support and resources they need.

24 Hours of Heroes is a community-based fitness event raising funds and awareness for Veterans and First Responders living with Operational Stress Injuries through our partnership with Wounded Warriors Canada.
