My Story…
My mother and father were both front line workers, my dad served 25 years in the military and my mom in health care, along with many friends who are paramedics, nurses, fire fighters, police officers the list goes on! I am truly thankful for all the hard work and dedication our HEROES put forth everyday they put their own lives on the line keep us safe. Please remember our heroes everyday and be thankful for them!
As I go into my workouts over the 24 hours (Nov 9-10) I will put all effort in for you, a little thank you for all that you do.
