My Story…
Aduro
Aduro Athletics and our amazing athletes will be participating in 24 Hours of Heros again this year. This event raises money for Wounded Warriors to help our Veterans and First Responders living with PTSD access the mental health resources needed to help them heal from the traumatic things they see and experience while in the line of duty.
These athletes complete workouts that are written in honour of fallen service men and women. They are emotional. They are mentally taxing. They are physically exhausting. Last year I raised almost $5000 while my team and I did a workout every hour on the hour for 24 hours straight, and it was by far one of the hardest things I’ve done to date.
Unfortunately due to some health issues, I won’t be able to participate as much as I’d like to this year, but I will be there next Sunday to help complete the workout “Chasing Monsters” 🤍 Many of our athletes put their heart and souls into this event every year as many are first responders themselves. 💪🏼
