Join us for the Annual Heart & Sole 5K Run/Walk Race
Located at the Choctaw Trails.
Location of the state cross country meet for MAIS and MHSAA
***Start and Finish on the Choctaw Trails***
Overall Male and Female Medals will be awarded
Medals will be awarded to the 1st place male and female finishers in each age category.

0-19 • 20-29 • 30-39 • 40-49 • 50-59 • 60+
